Lake Home is a modern real estate platform designed to showcase premium apartments in Sibiu while maximizing lead generation. Built with Angular and Django, the platform offers an interactive apartment selection experience, multiple lead capture forms, and a seamless admin panel for managing listings. With features like a floor plan selector, an investment return calculator, and a personalized showcase of the project’s qualities, Lake Home provides an intuitive and engaging way for potential buyers to explore and invest in their ideal residence.

The Lake Home, developed in 2021 as a premium real estate platform for showcasing exclusive apartments in Sibiu. Designed to provide a seamless browsing experience, the website features an interactive apartment selection tool—users can click on a floor plan with faded buttons to select a floor and view available apartments. Additional filters, such as number of rooms, allow for a more personalized search. The platform is optimized for both desktop and mobile users, ensuring a smooth and visually engaging experience.
To maximize lead generation, the website integrates three strategically placed forms: a floating "Schedule a Viewing" bubble available on all pages, a brochure request form, and a contact form. The homepage includes custom elements that highlight the project’s premium qualities, such as hidden text boxes that reveal key features, an investment return calculator, a testimonial video slider, and a dynamic blog section managed via an admin panel. The "Choose Your Residence" page provides a more relaxed layout with advanced filters, helping users find their perfect apartment effortlessly.
Beyond its elegant design, The Lake Home platform is built with performance, scalability, and user engagement in mind. By combining Angular for a dynamic front-end and Django & Django REST Framework for a powerful back-end, the website ensures a seamless, high-performance experience for users and administrators alike. The integration of AWS guarantees high availability and reliability, while Hotjar was used to analyze user behavior and continuously optimize the platform. The ability to add, edit, and manage apartments, blog content, and project details through a custom-built admin panel further demonstrates the platform’s flexibility and efficiency.
